To tell or not to tell

Now that I have my own little web page do I tell my friends and family?

It was my brother’s girlfriend who inspired me to start this blog. She recently started her own and I enjoy reading it – she’s funny and interesting and has strong opinions. Now that doesn’t mean that she’s opinionated (obstinate or conceited with regard to the merit of one's own opinions; conceitedly dogmatic) – but she has a lot to say about a lot of subjects which makes for good reading.

Now I don't have all that much to say. I'm loving writing about my girls and so, as already mentioned, this blog will be predominantly about them, and the only people I know who might want to read reams about them are those people closest to me, although I am hoping that in writing stuff down that I start to explore the world a little further beyond the borders of my own existence :)

So what I'm really trying to say is that if people want to read, they can read. If they don’t, then they don’t and that doesn’t matter. What is important is that I’m enjoying putting pen to paper – so to speak – it’s been ages since I’ve done that. A little bit of something for me.
